Offering part ownership of company in return for continual design and implementation of auction sniper website

Hello, This is a very serious and highly lucrative opportunity for any experienced web designers. Instead of paying a wage for your service I am offering a 50% share of the company website we will be creating together. This will in effect be a 50% share of the profit made from the website we will be building together in exchange for a continual service from you. I previously owned the eBay auction sniper website SnipeStation. SnipeStation ran for 2 years and became one of the most popular eBay auction snipers on the Internet boasting over 10,000 active members. Sadly however, the web designer I was using to design and implement the website could not commit enough time and effort towards the continual design, implementation and growth of the website and in late 2007 I had to suspend the SnipeStation service and take down the website. I now realise that to make SnipeStation or a similar eBay auction sniper a success, the web designer will need to reap huge benefits from putting in substantial time and effort into the design and implementation of the website. This is the reason I am now offering 50% of the company profits to the web designer who feels they are able to make this website a success. Although I have experience of web design I do not design or build advanced web sites or applications. I do however have 10 years experience on eBay, I own two of the largest eBay companies in the UK and more importantly I know exactly what an avid eBay user wants in an auction sniper website. Secondly, I have 5 years experience of using all the auction sniper websites which are about today, I know all the income generating features of these websites and I intend on bringing all of these features plus more of my own to this new auction sniper website which is to be created. You on the other hand must have a wealth of advanced web design experience and enough spare time in order for me to choose you for this ongoing project. Please bear in mind that this project which will not be completed in a few months, not even a few years. It will be a continual ongoing project. However, every time we improve or add a feature to the website it will subsequently increase the number of members which will in turn increase profit. The money you earn from this company will continually rise day by day. To begin with their will be a lot of work required to make the site successful, however once this has been achieved work will only be required for updates and improvements, however you will still earn 50% of the income from the website. Depending on how quickly we can get this website into search engines and spread via word of mouth between users, I estimate it will take about a year to build up to the 10,000 members mark. By this time I would expect us both to be earning a generous income from the website. When we are up to the 100,000 member mark this will be ten times as much income. Some auction snipers have near to 500,000 members so you can see how profitable this website can be. THE WEB DESIGNER I SELECT FOR THIS PROJECT MUST BE AN EXPERT IN THE FOLLOWING FIELDS: Search Engine Optimisation – This is a major key to the initial success of the website for obvious reasons. Web Design - The website will need to be very simple, extremely user friendly and very easy on the eye. Your web design skills must be extremely good. Parsing – I believe that a ‘parsing’ technique was previously used on SnipeStation to place bids for eBay users. This technique or an equally as effective method will need to be used for this website. You must be an expert in knowing exactly how to implement this. eBay API - I believe that the eBay API function was used to create parts of the previous website. Again you must be fully capable of implementing the eBay API function into this website. Google Adwords/Commission Junction – These are just 2 forms of revenue for the website. There are many other additional options for revenue but you must be an expert in knowing how to implement these advertisements and alike into the website. Security/Speed – The website must be hosted on a secure and fast enough server. I would prefer for you to have your own server which can handle this, however if we need to purchase hosting from elsewhere please give an indication of cost. Any costs that are involved with the set up of the website will be covered by myself before being taken out of the company profits at a later date. This is an extremely serious and highly profitable web design/business opportunity. With income generated from Commission Junction adverts, Google Adwords advertising, user donations and optional monthly memberships for a higher spec service, the earning potential is endless. With 100,000 members, earning just 10p per user per month would bring in £10,000 (GBP) monthly income. Half of this income would be yours.
