Reverse Engineer C++ Code

I have two files (a total of about 1.5MB) of compiled C++ code that I would like reverse-enineered -- that is, I want to get the source code back from the compiled code. The two files used by a Java-based Windows XP program that makes call to them using JNI. If you are interested please take a look at the program. You can download a demo version here: [login to view URL] I *believe* that the guts of the artificial intelligence I wish to decompile are in these files: C:\Program Files\PokiPoker\data\[login to view URL] C:\Program Files\PokiPoker\data\[login to view URL] The meerkat API is a series of classes that enable users to create their own poker "bots" for use with this program, and its full documentation can be found here: [login to view URL] What I want to reverse engineer, essentially, is the implementation of that API being used by the bots that come built into the poki-poker program. I am programmer, but not a reverse engineering expert, so I am not sure how big of a task this will be. I have about $500 to spend on it. If you think you can get the job done, please give me a description of what would be involved, how much time it would take, and what you would charge.
