Voice Recognition Software-1

We are online school where teachers are not allowed to ask their students for their 'personal information' like phone number, email address, mobile number ,etc.... We need a windows based Voice and Text Recognition software which will be developed with Google APIs with the following features, 1)- Voice Recognition : when it detects any 'special word' during the conversation on microphone of the computer, it will show pop up(optional) and send an E-MAIL. 2)- Recording Audio Feature; When there is any recognition, it will start recording audio for next 30 minutes and stop recording, then send audio file as email attachment, then delete the audio file. 3)- Recognition of line-in audio; It will recognize line-in audio too, like when a student is saying any 'restricted word' it will do the same. 4)- Recording Key Strokes; It will record Key Strokes and the applications in which these Key Strokes are done all the time. And will send Key Strokes with Applications' history on monthly basis as email attachment, and then delete. 5)- It will also recognize 'restricted' words while writing. It will send email alert upon any 'restricted word' is written with next 30 minutes' keys strokes history as an attachment. 6)- Installation and un-installation can be done from Administration usersonly. 7)- This will be hidden software which can not found by anyone except the person who installed it. 8)- There will be a box containing 'restricted words' and we can add or delete any word.
