Adapt my Project to include a touch screen and more relays.

So, what I would like is 4 relays to control three things. Relay 1: Humidity – This would controller the fogger in the on and off position based on the value given by the average of the 2 DHT22 Sensors. Relay 2: Temperature – This would controller the heater in the on and off position based on the value given by the average of the 2 DHT22 Sensors. Relay 3: Lighting – This would control the lighting in the on and off position based on the value given by the an internal clock, with the understand that over time it is likely to ‘Drift’ and would need the system resetting through ‘off and on again’ Relay 4: Fan – This would control the fans in either the On or Off position as toggled by the user. I would like to use the 2.4 Inch LCD TFT Touch Screen Display and for it to have 2 ‘pages’. The main homepage would read all the values I’ve said above. Humidity %, Temp c, Lighting Cycle hrs on hrs off and Fan On or Off. I would like there to be 2 values in the column. Then an ‘Customise Values’ Page through a button you would + or – the figure to adjust it to your desired setting. Those new figures would then be triggered when the user hit’s execute or cancel and the Arduino would do the command I already have a basic file that you can adapt.
