Hi i’ve been learning about arduino from past month. i’ve made few basic and intermediate projects.

My requirement is to make a Device which consists of

SIM module

Recorder

Small size arduino

So the idea is to make a device which records a voice and puts it on a server using data pack of sim.

Initially a prototype is also okay using shields and all

but for the final stage i want a device which could be as small as possible ( preferably size of a watch or a battery or a keychain)

Please revert number of hours required and hourly rate.
