I am not very familiar with fluid mechanics, but I have plenty of experience of Octave programming (Octave is essentially a public domain clone of Matlab), and I am moderately familiar with C++, so I think I can do it. However, I only have access to Octave, so I would have to develop it in Octave, with you testing it for compatibility with Matlab (I presume that you have access to Matlab).

In my university we focus on C++ for velocity and Matlab for prototyping. This project will require between 3 to 10 days or between 6 to 10 hours. My hourly rate is 25 USD, FREELANCER taxes included.
