I think I have seen this project before. I think you require detailed one for a DDoS attack e.g. which support UDP, ICMP, and TCP based attacks. Relevant Skills and Experience Currently doing PhD in DDoS attack mitigation. But obviously I needed to produce an attack in the first place.
