Recently I have worked on same product design. I can offer you a tested design, but little differently. Instead of Arduino I will use STM32. For professional product like this I don't find any justification of using Arduino. If you are comfortable with budget, let have a detailed discussion. Will develop both hardware and firmware for it. Hello! We develop such gateways. Experience: rs-485/232, modbus, GSM 2/3G/LTE, MQTT, real-time systems. We`d advice to use fixed ram, not buggy SD. Would like to have a detailed SoW for accurate project cost. BR, Maksim
