1. I have vast industrial experience of design and develop of PLC based control and monitoring systems for process industry/plants. 2. I have worked on different PLC brands i.e. Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron, Schneider, LG and Delta etc. 3. Already interfaced almost all types of electrical sensors i.e. Rotary encoders( Absolute and Linear both), Thermocouples, RTDs, Pressure and Level Transmitters, 4-20mA and 0-10V output sensors, Magnetic pickups using high speed counters and Actuators etc. 4. Moreover have communication experience of Profibus, Profinet, RS485 and Modbus etc. 5. Interfacing HMI with PLC and Transferring data is not an issue for me. And Last thing No compromise on Work Quality.

I have question: why don't you consider to use arduino for replacing the plc usage? Relevant Skills and Experience What plc series you are using?

We can use logic relay. it is the cheapest way. it depends what exactly you want to do. Can you send more detailed information
