I done alot of project with module SIM (SIM900A, SIM800C, SIM800L), i have experience on RTC (BQ3200, DS1307, DS3231, RTC built in MCU). I desgined low power system using solar panel with MPPT charger, 18650 battery, using low power mode, and interrupt to wake up on CPU. External Interrupt. I done the same project, water level monitor and sold 3 products. 2 using SIM800C, and 1 using Zigbee in Vietnam.
