Hi! You need this program for reduce the size of the pdf file? I will write such program for half an hour! But if you need to choose options such as downsample and compress images, remove form fields, and remove links and bookmarks then this more hard task.

This I can do quite easily. Please note that unlike most of your other bidders here my timeline is longer. This is to ensure there is enough time for administrative work and extensive testing/debugging. Yeah you could go cheaper and quicker but if you want this to do EXACTLY what you want I'm your man. I do believe by the others bids and timelines they will not give your project the care and attention it deserves. Also please note I listed in the proposed milestones that I'd create a portable DLL or Application per your request. A quick, simple conversation of what and how you intend to use it will easily help me determine which would be more appropriate. I could also do both I would think having a portable dll storing the required classes would work the best in most cases and then have the app reference the DLL.
