Build a custom web browser with custom design to autofill details on website

I want to build one custom web browser in which [login to view URL] website will open and work properly. The design of the browser should like the image I am attaching. The browser will run the form autofiller extension which is for booking tickets from [login to view URL] in each new small window as described in image Each new window of the browser has new proxy ip so that the traffic will be routed from that proxy. I need to integrate the OCR developed in C# to solve the login and booking captcha. The proxy IP will be added by users. I do not need the browser instance to display the web page instead of that the users will notified with important pages like login done, Train found, Availibility and Fare, Passenger Form done, etc... I need option to update the browser and option to update the autofiller extension update. (Need both update option separately.) I need some sort of authentication system to authenticate the user who has installed the browser and on successful validation only the user can use the browser. This authentication is time based you can say subscription. Once the subscription is over the browser will not be opened. Need some sort of management panel to manage the subscriptions.
