Looking for a Lab Sample tracking MS SQL (2012) database that interfaces into a .NET or such .exe form. There will be a main table that has the sample information and then a 2nd table with many records to the main record of sample type, frequency, next sample, the user, date time stamp, etc. There will need to be an audit table for insert, update, delete on all fields and records with old information and new information that maintains db security and integrity. There needs to be an authorized users table that maps back to the users windows domain account, also a field for email if cannot not be pulled from AD. There needs to be a SQL job that looks at the next_date and if the end_date is null then and emails all users in the users table that the next date & action are coming up in intervals of 3 days, 2 days and 1 day. Will set up field limitations as to test type, freq, etc. at time of award.
