Building a retirement home near Dawson, TX 76639. Have home and foundation design but need a mechanical engineer to detail out water, sewer and venting for rough in plumbing so can accept bids from plumbing companies. Would like to have good enough drawings that a reasonably intelligent helper build out with confidence. Would like layout, elevations and a bill of materials. I will attach home and foundation plans. Please price turnkey for complete job and estimated time frame. Would also consider HVAC design if interested. Just thinking 1.5 to 2 ton HVAC unit with heat strip back up. DX/Fan unit would be in attach w/ condensor on the South side of home, but open to design.

My Best regards, I am new at freelancer but I am very interested in helping you with the elements you are looking for. I saw the attached files, additional to architectural and Isometrics details you are asking for, to helping you better it would be useful to see where is coming the water from, where is the exactly water source on the plan and where do you want to collect the sewer waters. Most of my work I do it with topography plans in order to make a hydraulic checking, if you have them. I like to work in Autocad, with respective dimensioning elements and Isometrics for a better constructor understanding. About HVAC Unit I’ve never made one but I have colleagues who I could consulting about it.
