Hardware Designer for Vending Machine

Looking for someone with extensive knowledge of various sensors & motors to be used in a smart Coffee Vending Machine that can interact with the Android things running on Raspberry Pi 3b+ Knowledge related to: - which sensor and motor to use & why - how to read data from the sensor - how to control the different motors - how well these motors & sensors are compatible with Raspberry Pi 3b+ & Android things - type & specifications of the QR Code reader - type & specifications of RFID scanner (and the chip also if possible) - performance limitations of Raspberry Pi - which OS is best suited for such a Project (fixed on Android things as of now, but open to suggestions) - how to get the sensor to measure the different level of material in the container & to alert the vendor if it goes below a certain point. - Temperature sensor & controlling of it according to the user (hot or cold) - how Android things/Raspberry interact with the sensor & motors (any readily available API to control such or…. ) (Coding difficulties or learning curve) - how the general coding for h/w related stuff is. I'm totally new to this - The data from sensors will be synced with Firebase so as to provide the statistical information in the Admin-Dashboard panel. (like level of material in containers, daily sales, revenue, new users, drinks sold, transaction history & all)
