Need Engineer/Designer To take my CAD (Solidworks) design(s) and Analyze/Modify for Injection Molding Process

I own a cottage model manufacturing company and am considering releasing my first short-run injection molded kit. Up to now I have been doing mainly cast resin in RTV molds. I have a Solid Works design more or less complete; I will probably add some additional parts before it's all said and done. I utilize historical photos and blueprints that are publicly available to create my designs in scale. Even though I chose a "simple" project for my first foray into Injection molding, I do not have the Mold Flow and related Injection Molded expertise to setup the sprue tree, design the gates, perform draft/mold flow analyses and assist with the design of all the needed parts to create a good working mold (aluminum). I would need someone familiar with the plastic injection molding process from end-to-end to provide consultation services as well. (probably looking at a run of <=5,000 units for this design, so cost-savings are a must from a materials and CAM standpoint). This is where you come in! I attached a rendering of what one of the assembled product(s) would look like; largest dimension <20mm L; This particular assembly has about 6 solid bodies/components. I envision a handful of other small parts that I would like to add to the sprue; keeping the size of the sprue to a minimum to cut down on tooling costs, but adding enough value to justify the purchase price for the end user.
