We are looking for: We are expanding our business by the end of the financial year, we are looking for someone who can bump up our sales in the solar industry. Any companies providing these services in India or the Philippines, this is a very lucrative opportunity as we only want to outsource in these countries. There are multiple rebates going on in Australia, which means customers are highly interested. If you get a chance to do a business it will be a very profitable deal. We are looking to get end-to-end sales, from generating leads to close them over the phone. It is strictly a B2C type of setup, you have to make sure that you have past experience in outsourcing campaigns. We are offering fix package for an entire month, with no boundaries on the budget as long as meet all the requirements. We will provide monthly KPI based on the package, to be very upfront, if the KPI is not met there will b epenalties. It will be the responsibility of the outsourcing company to manage and hire the team, to provide setup to the team, and making sure the numbers keep coming in. To get the best results and steady flow, it is recommended that you hire people who have past experience in this industry and overseas calling.
