As a recent HR graduate I am inspired to become a future leader that shows passion, courage and flexibility. New ideas need to be found and put in place to showcase the new generation of leaders in the workplace. New limits can be achieved with will power, the future is bright and its awaiting new leaders.

• Team leadership, taking on projects and always volunteering to be a group leader throughout tertiary education as well as in my hospitality job.

• Open Communication within the team. This is helpful as it ensures everyone has a clear understanding of feelings.
• Flexibility is essential when working in a tam or being a leader, refusing to alter or change plans leads to an authoritarian system.
