i worked for samsung hard drive division.i know what cloud be the problem.i had fixed similar issues before within 15 mins but pls remember you might need to delete all the data it is currently having. just copy to some other place and after the fix transfer back. i believe you connected the hard drive with windows machine. ping me if you wanna discuss further. even i can tell you the soln over chat.
