We are expecting to provide an analysis of both external and internal environment analysis, starting with PESTLE factors relevant to amazon from 1994-2015. This sbpuld provide a porter's 5 forces analysisto analyse the changing industrial environment, including competitive forces. Also, a value chain analysis to highlight amazon's key strengths and how they work with partners as well as clients. This should culminate in a SWOT analysis.
