[image processing] Supervised image foreground and background segmentation

Dear Image processing expert, We are in need for opencv c++ based image processing solution to segment foreground and background of images. Let me explain the characteristic of the input image. Input image will be have human face. See attachment for example. There will also be a corresponding binary mask image which marks the face area. What we need is to segment the foreground of the image which includes face and the body of the human and also objects that is supposed to be in the foreground.
