Hi, I understood your project and its applications very well. I have design one GSM based security system using PIR sensor so i have an idea about GSM and its interfacing but i would like to ask you one question about coverage availability in that specified area otherwise GSM could not send the message but it will give you alarm without fail. It is nice for me that you have selected STM32 because i am working on it from last 4 years. I used STM32F407 Discovery, STM32F334 Nucleo and STM32F446 Nucleo also. I have a deep knowledge of multiple ADC and its sampling rate and averaging and all also i have design my own development board for STM32F407 Discovery board. Hello. My bid includes only software developing for STM32. I also can do for you new PCB with 3D models for your enclosure. I have many years of experience with STM32 and Simcom GSM modules. BTW sim900 is old module. SIM800H is better now.
