Basic CRM & Follow-up Management System for Laravel Matrimony Website

About Project We have an existing Laravel-based matrimony website. We need a simple, secure and stable CRM module integrated with our website to manage registrations, employee follow-ups and assisted matchmaking reminders. The goal is to remove manual Excel/diary work and create a proper tracking system. Required Modules 1. Employee Login System Roles: Super Admin (Owner) Full access: View all registrations View all employees' work View reports Change lead ownership Manage assisted members View matchmaking history Employee Login Employee can see only: Assigned leads Follow-ups Notes Customer status Employee cannot see other employees' leads. 2. Automatic Registration Distribution All new website registrations should automatically come into CRM. System should distribute registrations equally among employees. Example: 15 new registrations: Employee A - 5 leads Employee B - 5 leads Employee C - 5 leads Use Round Robin assignment. Admin should have option to manually reassign leads. 3. Lead Follow-up Management Each lead should have: Customer Name Mobile Number Registration Date Assigned Employee Status Last Contact Date Next Follow-up Date Notes Lead Status: New Called Interested Follow-up Pending Paid Not Interested Closed 4. Follow-up Reminder System Employee dashboard should show daily: Today's Follow-ups Pending Follow-ups Missed Follow-ups Employee can update: Call done WhatsApp sent Customer response Next follow-up date Follow-up history should be saved permanently. 5. Assisted Matchmaking Management Separate section for Assisted Members. Admin should be able to manage: Customer Name Membership Start Date Expiry Date Last Matchmaking Date Next Matchmaking Due Date Profiles Sent Notes 6. Matchmaking Reminder System should remind Super Admin/Owner: Which assisted member needs new matches Whose matchmaking is pending Upcoming matchmaking due dates Reminder cycle: Every 15 days / 20 days (configurable) 7. Matchmaking History For every assisted member: Store: Date of matchmaking Profiles shared Which profiles were sent Notes Customer response No duplicate work and no confusion. 8. Basic Dashboard Super Admin Dashboard: Total Registrations Employee-wise leads Pending follow-ups Assisted members due for matchmaking Recent activities Security Requirements Employee should only view assigned customers. Only Admin can see complete database. Only Admin can edit assignments. Secure login system.
