Create a Condition and Document Tracking Module in ZOHO

**VIDEO explaining my needs below** I own a Financial company where we offer loans, mortgages, life insurance, investments etc. We use ZOHO to track the process of the various parts of our business but on the mortgage side of things we have a big struggle that I am looking to solve. When we get a new application we need to collect documents which will vary depending on if the transaction is a purchase, refinance, second mortgage etc. Depending on the type of the transaction we select I would like the conditions and documents section to update with the general standard documents we need for that type of transaction. If the client is self employed or owns additional properties it would be good to hit a check box or drop down to select zoho to load another set of template requested documents. We need to update the status of the documents from waiting, received, sent to lender, approved etc. I would also like an email to go out daily to the clients to notify them of what documents are still outstanding. We would like to add a due date which I think would also help with work flow. I would like it to time stamp so we know the last updated time (I believe this will automatically happen) We would like to make sure there there is a description box for us to include template notes for documents etc. Possibly add the clients private [login to view URL] folder for them to upload documents directly to. WHEN the file is approved we will likely have some custom conditions so we would like to be able to add one off items we need from the client.
