We need you to install vtiger and configure it, install freepbx an configure it and implement a phone call option for different employees with different extentions to make calls directly from vtiger. If somebody calls the extention of the employee, vtiger must automatically show the contact-info of the caller (go to the respective client in the CRM). Missed calls need to be shown to the respective user in a list with time and date (if they are not answered by another employee). However, if a person calls, the call should stay in line (our waiting music should run) until its answered. Our SIP-Provider is Sipgate; it must work with this provider. If the extention will not answer, is not online or if the employee is on the other line, immediately or after 15 or 20 or 30 seconds (every user need to click one of the options) also other employees (that dont have a call in this moment) need to be able to take the incomming call. Than it should ring on the other employees, that are online (we need an option, where we can choose the deputys of the person, that the external caller want to reach). Any questions, let me know!
