I have experience in customer service as I am working for a worldwide company, D&S Global Solutions. I am working with customers on the medical area, as the project involves communicating with primary care offices and hospitals from all over United States. Furthermore, time managing is a strong skill of mine, as I am handling customers' accounts at my convenience. Usually, I am contacting them in regards to collecting payments for overdue invoices and I am also maintaining a good relation with our customers and assuring that everything is running smoothly. Also, I am working with Excel, as I have to keep a record of the accounts evolution.
