Customer Service/Technical Support Work 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (EST) time We are seeking a full-time customer service/technical support representative who is not afraid to work hard! This is a long-term position. We want someone who is serious and looking for stability. You will be working closely with a small team. We are in the telecommunications space and we offer a platform that allows customers to create new accounts and maintain their customer account details for Sprint, Verizon and T-Mobile. This is all inbound support via telephone and ticketing portal. This position does not require you to do any up-sell or have quota requirements. Daily Duties include assisting customers resolve issues/tickets, system testing, trouble-shooting issues, communicating with telecom carriers to help resolve customer concerns, and any additional tasks assigned by supervisor/manager. You will get paid as you train. Call center and customer service experience is a must. Technical skills is a big PLUS! Proficiency in reading and writing in English is required. Must have a reliable laptop/PC, strong internet connection, and telephone and power back-up. Minimum System Requirements Memory - 4GB Processor -> i3 or i5 or i7 any generation Minimum free 10 GB of Hard disk space to store office related files Windows any operating system (Windows 7 / 8 or 10) Internet connection - 10 mbps

Hello: I assume you are running an outsourced call center/customer support solution for a telco carrier. I know this because I work for the second largest telco carrier in my country as a network engineer. Unfortunately I have a day job to do and I can't work for u by the hour u r asking for.
