Customer Service Support - Work from Home I'm looking for a reliable FULL TIME on going, Customer Service Support Virtual Assistant for our Amazon store. We are looking for individuals with best Amazon store experience to assist with our customers various requests. With a high earning potential discover what it is like to work for an employer that truly understands the value of having great help. We are willing to give you directions if you have previous experience but since we don’t have much time, we won’t be willing to train you from scratch. You must be great at customer service and be able to handle minimum phone calls. Need to be a VERY detail oriented person and ability to follow through on every thing. If you're good at the work you do, this will be a long term ongoing job full time job. We welcome hard working and dedicated staff who pays attention to details and handles the work as if this is his/her own business. Requirements - Must be able to work the following schedule 6:00am - 2:00pm Mon-Fri PST (9:00pm - 5:00am Mon-Fri PHT) - Must have personal computer and headset - Must have reliable internet with AT LEAST A 3 MBPS PLAN or CAN UPGRADE AS SOON AS HIRED (and an alternative internet if main internet is down) - Must have at least 1 year experience with home based job - Excellent English verbal and typing skills - Strong Internet connection to host Skype meetings - Strong Google sheet skill - Attention to details - Ability to follow through - Administrative tasks - Computer literate - Must be able to work independently, multitask and prioritize work - Each call will be recorded and listened to for training purposes. - A trial period is best for both parties - Working headset Prior phone customer service experience is REQUIRED. AZ SERVICE I have a team who works EST (9am to 6 pm EST) for US projects which include voice projects, as per these timings, its very easy for us to accommodate your working timing as mentioned in your project. My team has been working for a US land title company for the past 6 years which include calling local counties for verification of property tax. My team consists of 7 individuals with various skill sets ranging from Customer Support, after sales support, data processing etc. Having so many team members will always ensure that none of your calls or emails are missed out. We have been a re seller for spectrotel for more than a year and have added many customers for them. (They are data and land line phone service provider) I have a dedicated high speed internet connection which guarantees 99.9% up-time. We have successfully completed many projects on excel, pdf and chat support. The only area we do not have exposure is Amazon, but we do have experience in catalogue processing on other systems.
