I've been in e-commerce business since 8 years, started as technical support & test specialist, proceeded as IT Service Delivery Manager, Product Owner, E-commerce Manager and Int. Expansion Mng. - Developed and managed an e-commerce support team including all of the processes and increased productivity, first call resolution, first response time and daily closed tickets;reduced support costs
- Managed the platform change from Asana to JIRA - analyzed the business processes of all departments and created the necessary workflows, business rules, user & project types, reports & dashboards;provided training accordingly
- Managed the sprints of brands such as Adidas, Reebok, Benetton, Atasun, Brandroom, Mothercare, İpekyol, etc. as Scrum Master according to the predefined KPI's and reported the performance periodically
- Hold meetings on progress periodically for review of priorities and realignment, supported e-commerce managers and company directors with project deliverables and client presentations
- Managed payment system integrations and issues related to payment systems such MasterPass, İyzico, Asecco, etc.
- Created reports related to e-commerce data, analyzed e-commerce KPI’s to track the development costs
