2 parts to the business. One will be focused on administrative tasks around our property investment whilst other side would focused on admits tayo even tasks regarding our coaching workshops. Tasks will include:
1. Prepare Presentations on PowerPoint
2. Research information from the web to create documents and reports
3. Research various companies for contact information
4. Manage several email accounts on a regular basis, ensuring all emails are dealt with in a timely fashion
5. Send emails and correspondence as directed by manager
6. Work independently meeting quick turn-around times and deadlines
7. Able to work to strict timeline
8. Forwarding calls or answering professionally to inform client of call back
9. Assist with travel arrangement including researching places, hotel and flights
10. Managed and Updated Social Media Accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook) and blogs keeping company culture in mind and as directed
11. Proficient computer skills to edit and upload documents (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point, Adobe, Phot-shop)
12. Create a list of email addresses from client correspondence
13. Assist with events including finding a location, ordering food, preparing materials
14. Editing extensive written material before positing or sending to publisher
15. Researching appropriate and corresponding media for blogs, book, articles or other write-up
16. Typing and sending dictated correspondence
