Book travel Arrangements.
Calendar Management
Answering customer emails.
Answering customer phone calls
Other customer service duties as assigned.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to complete multiple tasks
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
1-2 years Customer service experience in a Call Center
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language
Quiet working environment.
Minimum typing speed 30 WPM
Compliance to all regulatory guidelines
