You’ll help your campaign manager with his daily tasks such as uploading campaigns to advertising platform like Taboola, Outbrain, Gemini, Facebook, etc. To clarify, you won’t be managing campaigns, at least not at the beginning, so basically, you’ll be uploading them (data entry) to the chosen platform. You will also be given other additional tasks that involve WordPress activities, create data lists and other similar types of work. You’ll need to develop yourself as a quick and mistake-free freelancer in order to maintain a healthy relationship with us. There’s an option to advance to campaign management, and it’ll be discussed after 3 months, or before if your manager decides that you’re up for it. You are expected to work 5 days a week (Monday to Friday), 8 hours a day. However, if you would like to work more days (for extra pay) or if you would like to allocate the 40 hours per week across 6-7 day, it is possible, but in a written agreement. Your compensation will be USD250 per month. Our discussions about hours will always be in GMT+2 time zone. Please keep that in mind in our conversations. You need to know how to handle Microsoft Word & Excel and have a very good understanding of the English language. How to Apply? 1. Basic Skills Test: You’ll be given basic English questions to see if you have command of the English language and if you can understand text and instructions. You will also have to write a few paragraphs in your own words. This should take you no more than 30 minutes. 2. Naming Convention Test: You’ll be doing the 1st part of your training and it will serve as a test. Attention to details here and in the next stage is key. This should take 30-45 minutes. 3. Campaign Upload Test: You’ll be doing the 2nd part of your training and it will serve as a test. Upon completion you’ll have almost a complete picture of what a JCM does. This should take no more than an hour. 4. Interview With a Klarecon Manager: Personal interview, alignment of expectations, and... First 3 tests are conducted via Google Forms. Good Luck!
