Firstly I would ask you to list few websites where the reqired information is located, than I would write custom crawler in python for each of these website, aggregate data for all of them and export it in csv 5 days should be enough for final solution to include up to 3 simple websites, however based on what you provide scope and complexity of the project can change, this brings us back to first question, which is the list of website, please provide it for more accurate estimates and price negotiation, Thank ou
