create me an excel spreadsheet for mortgage houses portfolio

Hi I want someone to create me an excel file in which I can calculate how much can I earn by buying homes on mortgage. I want the spreadsheet to be able to do following things below: 1. I want to be able to put my investment in property and the percentage rent it gives out 2. Then I want to be able to reinvest my rental income back into buying more houses 3. Yearly I want to be able to be able to invest x amount per year in property also 4. I also want you to create a section where it show me the value of the property after x amount of years. I want you to also create a section, where I can put increase in property value lets say every 10 years the property price doubles. I am looking to invest in properties and put them on rent basically, I just want to know if every year I invest x amount of money, also rental income back into property and I do that every year. Then after lets suppose 30 years how many properties will I have and how much rent will I be earning and how much the property will worth. I hope you have understood the project.
