Responsibilities Include:
Review, communicate and follow up on all product/service complaints
Identify opportunities for non-compliance and/or new projects
Maintain updated records of incidents in appropriate reports
Maintain and correct errors in our data management system
Create and update spreadsheets, documents, templates
Perform data entry of files and analysis of records
Manage and maintain an accurate inventory count
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills:
Competency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint & database management
Excellent analytical skills and take initiative to solve problems
Must Adaptability to a growing & changing the environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Impeccable customer service skills
Strong attention to detail
