Here is the task:
1. Download and open the attached excel spreadsheet. Your task will be to fill out the rest of this spreadsheet.
2. To fill it out, start at

you wll see 4 pdfs there, which I will code CA, IR, PA, and UA in that order. I have already filled in some data from UA. Your task is to fill in all the data from all the pages that look like the tables in pages 3-17 of the UA (4th) document in the format that I have provided, without errors. This cannot be automated.
In order to bid on this project, you MUST MUST MUST MUST MUST MUST MUST MUST MUST MUST MUST in your message tell me what goes on the next line in the spreadsheet. IF YOU DON'T DO THIS, THEN YOU ARE A TIMEWASTING [Removed by Admin] WHO WILL BE BANNED FROM ALL FUTURE WORK FROM ME. It takes about 3 minutes to figure this out and it lets me know that you are competent and serious.
Some notes:
A. You can ignore things like " (*)" "[Reserved]", "[Not Applicable]". The demo shows this.
B. look at page 9 of IR (the second pdf on the page). There under "objective" you will see a note. Put such notes as "OBJECTIVENOTE" - that is, split "objective" into "Objective" and "objectivenote."
