Data Entry JOB - First trial

Our language school provides coursera courses to our students as well as import them into the LingQ system. We transform VIDEOS into MP3, PDF into text and provide lessons to students in a way they can understand it. We are looking for a data entry person, who can respond quickly and do various data entry tasks. Today there is a very small job that I need to do, which involves: 1) Log into the coursera account of the client 2) Download PDF 3) Turn PDF into text 4) Turn text into speech 5) Login to the client's LingQ 6) Upload the text and mp3 into the LingQ system as a new lesson under the correct COURSE and in the correct order, as well as adding the lesson text and mp3 into our Airtable database. Such task should take maximum of 10 minutes for the kind of data entry person we are looking for. If you are interested in taking this project, I am willing to pay you 5$ for this 10-minute task and the data-entry part-time job would be paid at about 180$ per month. This could be a side job for someone who is very apt at computers. We are reputable company on freelance platforms, we have hired hundreds of people and there are various jobs available in our company. If you are interested in doing this small task as a trial, please answer the following questions: 1) Do you have a few hours a day to spare, Monday to Friday in case we choose you to do the Data Entry job for you? 2) Is $160 pay for a stable part-time job of couple hours a day of various data-entry tasks interesting for you? 3) Do you use MAC/PC? 4) If you rate yourself from 1-10 how fast are you at IT, what would be your rating? 5) From 1-10 how quickly can you respond to various requests and in what time frames (mind I am in Tokyo, Japan, so please use Tokyo time)? 6) I am a strict, but fair manager. I provide a lot of feedback when needed, but I don't have patience with explaining basic manners or basic computer skills. I expect you to have that. Do you have a problem with that? 7) Are you familiar with LingQ? How familiar (1-10) 8) Are you familiar with Airtable? How familiar (1-10) 9) Can you do the above tasks that I described? 10) Would you be comfortable sending me a 2-minute video introducing yourself for 1 minute and showing me your computer skills in 1 minute of how you enter the data?
