I've been in the BPO industry for more than 8 years handling Tech support, Customer support and IT Servicedesk roles. I have 7 years experience in IT helpdesk support handling corporate and retail IT issues. During my IT helpdesk role, I handled multiple roles such as Critical Incident Manager, Change Management Coordinator, Problem Management Coordinator, Retail IT support (L1 and L2).
I also have 6 months experience in tech support handling Internet, VOIP and IPTV issues for one of the largest Telco company in the US and more than a year of experience as tech support for an Edtech company handling students' general inquiry/concerns and guiding them through the program. I also handled inquiries/concerns for different departments like internship and mentorship. I ensure that before I complete a case, the student is satisfied and guided completely.
