One of my goals is to find an Individual (Just 1) that wants to build a future of financial independance that are able to work from their laptop while traveling around the world As an Executive Assistant You must possess these qualities 1. Teachability: A Mindset to continuously want to learn 2. Honest: Being open with one another 3. Respect: Respect will be given as I hope to receive 4. Fairness: So that we may grow in Harmony ------ You will be Given Precise Instructions on each task for you to follow. . Some tasks will contain a payment of: Base pay will start at $9 Per Hour . Other tasks will have payments of Base pay will start at $9 Per Hour COUPLED with a Mandatory Commission Goal you MUST hit. That will contain a separate pay of $18 Per Hour. . Disclaimer: If you repeatedly show lack of Commission Goals, Then we will part ways because these tasks can ONLY be handled by individuals that want to make more than Double their Base Pay. . Work will be completed on a Part-Time basis for the first 1 months and upon reviewal will be moved up to Full-Time. Full-Time isn't mandatory, If you feel the amount of money you make for the time you spend with us, will receive our utmost respect and kindness from us for all you have done. You may stay Part-time as long as you please. Results can also speed up the full-time Graduation Process. Bonus: as a 1-Year Anniversary Present, you will receive a laptop and a bonus check. You must possess or willing to be trained in the following Skills 1. Microsoft/Google Word 2. Microsoft/Google Excel 3. Create/Edit Videos 4. Create/Edit Powerpoints 5. Understanding of Digital Marketing, Including 5a. Facebook/Instagram Marketing 5b. Google Marketing 5c. YouTube Marketing 6. Website Design 7. Market Research 8. Content Creation / Scripting Any subject to your understanding will be provided with free training if needed Experience Is not needed as long as the individual is willing to learn --------- A test will be given immediately to those that apply. The test will decide whether you are fit for the position or not. Those who pass will win the 'Executive Assistant' Position and will start by July 1st 2018. . I have so many experience and moments that gave me lessons and one of the preeminent ones that have lasting effects on my life are: giving birth to my little angel, learning parenthood, and understanding/realization of my life's condition. GIVING BIRTH Some people may say that I became a mother a little too early. But a baby is always a blessing. I was given that blessing when I was 18 years old. At first, I had thought to myself how a disappointment I was to everyone who expected so much of the future that they wanted me to have. All of the negative thoughts I had about being a teenage mom went away as soon as I saw my little angel. There's no greater feeling than seeing your child come into this world after months of carrying him in your womb. That moment made me realize how lucky I am and up until now, that moment has struck me with wisdom and love that a mother has for her child. LEARNING PARENTHOOD Having a child comes with huge responsibilities. Since I had my son, I have learned these responsibilities. And the moments I spent being a parent to my child, made me the hardworking and responsible person I am today. UNDERSTANDING LIFE I had no care at all about money, not until I had experienced financial difficulties amid my studies and being a mother. This experience made me understand what my family and my life's condition is when it comes to financial wealth. This made me strive hard to help find ways for me and my family to live a good and happy life.

The three most preeminent moments that had a lasting effect on my life are stated below: 1) Accident: My family and I were involved in a near death experience that almost took our lives. Everytime I think about the incident, I always have goosebumps, because I know if God did not intervene, it would have been a different scenario. Ever since the incident occured, I have always been cautious with the way I live my life. I try to be honest, try to spread love, show kindness, try to lend a helping hand. I still make mistakes, but I don't let my mistakes define me, always pick the important lessons, and move on. Life still throws its hurdles, but I am optimistic that I will scale through them. 2) Falling in love: We are in the era of shooting your shot (taking your chance) at love. I fell in love with someone very close to me. We were the best of friends, shared our goals, problems, and dreams together. When I told her I had feelings for her, she got angry, and told me that we are not compatible, and the only thing she can offer is friendship. I won't lie, i thought she led me on, from the constant "I miss you" messages, and others, but I was clearly mistaken. This incident made me change my view towards relationships. I try to define any relationship(s) i have towards the opposite sex from the beginning, to prevent misunderstandings in the future, and I don't shoot shots at love anymore. I don't want another heartbreak. 3) Financial struggles which revealed life's truths.
