I have worked as a customer service representative for two years. I’ve handle Sprint and Verizon Wireless. I’ve handled customer care over the phone and through chat. I am trained to handle different customer types with their billing concerns such as disputes, savings, discounts, refunds, and payment arrangements. I’ve also supported customers with technical issues such as network and coverage issues, device activation, and phone number change. I’ve also assisted customers with processing and tracking their orders, and with their device promotions and device upgrades.
I can say that for the last 2 years that I’ve been working with the customer service industry, I have demonstrated the ability to effectively handle situations or inquiries while working with policy, procedures and standard processes. You will find that I am detail-oriented and able to analyze, prioritize, and resolve requests and issues quickly and effectively. I possess excellent communication skills both oral and written.
Furthermore, I have proven remarkable interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills. I learn new applications quickly and efficiently.
