Currently seeking to hire an Accounting Assistant/Inventory Control Associate for an opening in Camarillo, CA. The ideal candidate will have some light bookkeeping experience as well as customer service experience in a manufacturing environment. Job Duties: -Assist the accounting department with light Bookkeeping -Handle and process inventory and sales orders -Handle all out going shipments via UPS, FedEx, USPS and occasional freight -Perform Regular Develop and document Procedures for above where needed -Answering emails and phones Requirements: -Light Bookkeeping experience entering bills, invoicing and accounts receivables -Inventory control, shipping or receiving experience -Customer service experience working in a manufacturing environment -Understanding BOM/Picklist for order entry
