Our company is looking for an individual that can bring not just experience, motivation and energy to the team, but someone who is also passionate about planning, organizing and ensuring that the office and the employees are well taking care of. Main Responsibilities include: Oversee and support all administrative duties for the office Manage office supply inventory and place orders, as necessary Perform receptionist duties such as greeting visitors Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries Maintain office policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented appropriately Manage office moves Manage office budget Identify opportunities for office management improvements, and implement new systems Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, assist event planning, maintaining calendars. Help foster a positive work environment Ideal candidates will possess the following: Bachelor's degree 2-3 years of work experience in an administrative/office management role Advanced computer skills Experience with scheduling and budgeting Must have exceptional attention to detail Strong organizational background, time management skills, and ability to prioritize Must be a self-starter and driven Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities Comfort with fast-paced, changing environment Experience working in an international environment is a plus Must have the ability to lift 40 lbs.

Hello, my name is Marianna and I have excellent knowledge of productivity and administration tools. I would like to introduce myself and tell you my experience, so thank you for your time. I am currently living on Italy, so my timezone is GMT+1. However, this won't be a problem for you since I can adapt my work schedule as needed. I have experience as a data entry. Particularly, I have worked on a previous high-tech company in Argentina, copying laboratory procedures from paper into a digital database, for further consultation and use. Sometimes, I created those procedures directly from scratch into the database. I have also digitalized cards with clients' information from an hotel into a database, to be used as post-sale marketing and feedback. Lately, I have been working part-time filling content of websites and testing them. I am currently working part time for an English crowdfunding agency, during the morning (in Europe time) also in the area of data entry and data processing. So, I use the computer and many tools on a daily basis. I am also very detail-oriented. I am really interested on this position, and I can be a good fit for this job.
