Order Entry Representative

Currently looking to fill a full-time Order Entry clerk position. The working hours are Mon- Fri rotating shifts between 8am – 4pm, must be flexible. As an Order Entry Rep you work as a member of a team responsible for : Entering orders and responding to emails * Verify the customer/dealer order / also that the dealer has a valid account * Handle customer issues & inquires via email * Research required information using available resources * Manage and resolve customer complaints * Enter new customer information into system * Update existing customer information * Process orders & payment * Identify and escalate priority issues * Follow up customer calls & emails where necessary * Document all information via email/written documentation, according to standard operating procedures Essential Functions: (Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.)
