2pm to 7pm Pacific Standard Time (PST) Monday to Friday, 5 hours per day Total Hours of work: 25 hours/week 2 Parts: #1. 1 to 3 Hour/day, 5 days/week Description: Phone support for our music school Tasks include: -calling leads, answering questions (using our call script), and emailing them the booking page for music lessons -using call scripts to answer questions about music lessons -rescheduling students (using a call script) and sending a report to the manager -calling prospects and scheduling sales calls for our sales team -summarizing phone calls by making notes in a CRM -emailing template answers to clients Skills required: -Fluent English -phone support (we will provide a local phone number to be accessed through a smart phone application) -email template use -CRM knowledge #2. 1 to 5 Hours/day, 5 days/week Description: Phone Prospecting potential referral partners for our music booking agency Tasks include: -calling prospects (from a prospects sheet), answering questions (using a call script), and booking a sales call -using scripts to answer questions about booking live music for events -making a follow up call to confirm the sales meeting -summarizing phone calls by making notes in a CRM -emailing template answers to clients Skills required: -Fluent English -phone support (we will provide a local phone number to be accessed through a smart phone application) -email template use -CRM knowledge COMPENSATION: $2/USD/HOUR to $3.78/USD/HOUR TO APPLY: Please book a time in my calendly schedule for a short phone interview here - [login to view URL] Please call my phone number at the time you schedule for your interview.
