I am looking for a Virtual Assistant for my developing business, i need someone who is trustworthy and can start working ASAP. That VA would be responsible for establishing a working relationship with investors by finding out what they look for in a property. You would call the leads I give you or add more leads. We want to collect a list of cash buyers to have on hand for each property we find, so we can work quickly as inventory becomes available. Once we have 5 people who want the same type of property, we will find that property knowing we can sell easily. Must be well organized and proficient in Excel and using OneDrive or GoogleDrive. This position is more than a telemarketer. We need someone who has telemarketing skills and wants to learn the business. Must do follow up phone calls and appointment setting. We are starting out buying properties in the Chicagoland area, but would like to expand quickly. We focus gaining the best deals and partnerships. We buy and sell properties... We are a new company with a different mission than most realty companies. The failure of this company is not even an option. We will be successful with the help of the best in the industry. With your help we can get there faster and you can grow right along with us. We will use Jibble to track time. We will meet virtually to train and answer all your questions. You will send me the notes you took during our training, so I know you understood all instructions. All emails will be approved before you send them (at first). We are building a reputation above all else. At first I would like a daily report of progress that was made so we don't waste time on a system that's not working. We are learning this business together. Building this real estate company is only the first step of a plan with much higher stakes. We are funding Life Teaches Foundation with this company. (Ending homelessness on a global scale, once and for all)

My experience has taught me how to reach out to business owners and how to project my service to their interests and requirements. About me: I've been freelancing as a Telemarketer and a VA since more than 5 years now, I work on two projects simultaneously. One is the cold B2B sales that I've been doing actively since the last 5 years and the others are short term projects lasting 3 to 6 months that I take up here at freelancer.com and other freelancing platforms.
