Here's your job description: -I need someone with a working knowledge of Google Docs, Google Excel, Facebook, Facebook like page, Instagram, and Pinterest. -Organizational skill to know how to schedule and streamline posts from one social media platform to the next. For example take put my recipe and picture on my blog, post it on my personal FB page, and then put the picture on Instagram, and then on Pinterest linking it back to my blog. -Someone who can follow a customer list and message an intro greeting or scripted invite to join our team or fitness program. - Possess the ability to find potential customers on platforms by messaging their pictures to get their attention and drive them to my page. Additional Notes: If you have any additional thoughts, needs, or desires when it comes to work with your virtual assistant, please make a note of them here - every little helps! -A lot of the initial setup will be helping me organize my business. I need to get my Facebook contact listbetter organized in Excel and Asana (my very straightforward customer CRM which I can show how to use) -I have a lot of content in previous private FB groups that I need copied and pasted into Google Docs so I can easily reference and use it for future groups. -The daily work description listed above might not be tasks that happen every day, but they will be a daily task at some point during the work week.
