The hiring tasks happens everyday. 2. In our project management tool (we use Basecamp), you are assigned to tasks of hiring, and related tasks for hiring, you have to see them and see the dues, and have to complete them asap, and to the dues. 3. You have to give your availability every 2 days. For the next coming 2 days. Your Tasks and Scope 1. You will get the “detailed task types, and role work manuals” as input (material ) of job posting. The most of the hiring work is, "templatized". We have templates of the job posting. You will need to do: 1. Create a small project to do the job posting and bring people to the project. There is a feature in Basecamp “project template” and there is to-do's you have to complete. Just follow them. 2. You will make a job posting, to the online platform. UpWork + Freelancers, and People Per Hour. And bring Candidates to the Project, or if it is Role base hiring, not project based / task base hiring, then just add to our project. There is also a Project Template called “Orientation” that also has the workflow you follow. There you will ask the name, basic information like email or as such, and will set up his account to our team (including this new candidate to the Basecamp, flowdock, etc.) OUT OF YOUR SCOPE 1. It is out of your scope. You do NOT need to do. 2. Think and write job posting text. 3. Basically, the job posting text is almost done as template work. The materials ==texts itself is there. You have to copy and paste the materials of the job posting. For example, the “tasks” part is written by tech offer if it is technology related hiring. You have to get the template, and copy and paste the tech tasks text into the base template. 4. Judgement who is the best people (this is done by your directors) 5. Interviews Skills Requirement 1. Knows Basecamp Features and Functions (of learning it completely at yourself. There is the complete guide of Basecamp feature in Basecamp site. So you should see it on your side, do not ask for us to teach how to use Basecamp… some candidates do it…) 2. Excellent English Grammar/Spelling 3. Flexible 4. Proactive 5. Easy to get Instructions HIRING PROCESS 1. Hiring Process Job Posting Type Notice 2. Job Type: Hourly Base 3. Hourly Rate: $3 to $6 4. Hourly rate depends upon the experience and qualification. Trial Process We offer 4 hours trial base work contract. One hiring. Work starts quicker. People who fit to our requirement. We offer to work further. Some people, intentionally, have done like, after the trial is done, worked longer than the contracted hours (trial 8 hours), so that they can get more paid and get the job. But in these cases we can't make payment to those over work part time. Please, make sure to stop in 8 hours. Milestones, Schedules and Spans: 1. You will need to do the milestones trial for 8 hours. 2. Since this is the role base hiring, there is no milestones or deadline for this job, after you will pass the trial. 3.
