MARKETING COORDINATOR ROLE We are looking for a seasoned marketing professional to help drive the business on to the next stage of its development. Focused on Digital Marketing – the successful candidate will be responsible for the creation and delivery of a structured marketing plan, combining Content Marketing, Email Marketing and Social Media Marketing amongst others. A solid all-rounder, you will have demonstrable experience delivering across these channels and also be comfortable working with external agencies, to deliver ROI from SEO & SEM campaigns. This is a part-time ONGOING role. ABOUT ADVANCED TRAINING Based in Melbourne Australia, we provide IT technical training delivering in-classroom, instructor-led, business courses in every state of Australia to corporate IT staff. We only engage B2B. ie we do not train students. Our web site – [login to view URL] DIMENSIONS OF THE POSITION • Market research to understand trends in client needs and requirements. • Experience in the full life-cycle of campaigns from inception, planning, delivery and results analysis. • Develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns. • Develop & execute eDMs, digital & social media campaigns. • Maintain and develop the company website. • Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned. • Work within a vibrant, fast-paced team of professionals. • After the initial interview, create mutually agreed to - outline of a marketing plan, timeline and deliverables. REQUIREMENTS CRITERIA - ESSENTIAL - Do NOT apply if you do not meet criteria • Relevant experience demonstrating similar marketing experience/skills/ability over 4+ with corporate clients. • Come from an IT technical background and have worked for similar IT-based clients. • Proven experience devising and implementing Content Marketing strategies. • Savvy with all forms of social media. • Fluent with eDM promotions. • Ability to coordinate campaigns to achieve predefined objectives. • High-level and impeccable grasp English language-both spoken and written.
