ColdFusion To ASP .NET CRUD Automation

Using ColdFusion, I need code automated for ASP .NET. I need the generated code to work with the latest version of ASP .NET as well as legacy versions so there must be a great deal of backwards compatibility. The generated code needs to work with all major database types and legacy versions of those major database types. These database types include MS SQL Server, MySQL, MariaDB, Apache Derby Client, Apache Derby Embedded, Microsoft Access, DB2, Oracle, PostgreSQL, and Sybase. Legacy versions need to go back 10-15 years since their release. Automated code must be W3C compliant and use the latest technologies such as HTML5 and CSS3. This generated code must work with two different responsive / mobile friendly templates from ThemeForest. Spaces should be used instead of tabs so the code is nested properly regardless of the development platform. I must be 100% satisfied with the results before I sign off on the project. After the project is completed, there will be a one month to two month waiting period where I will have the generated code tested. Any bugs found must be fixed before the milestone is released. The ColdFusion code that generated the CRUDs has to work with legacy versions as well. The generated code must use the latest web practices. Again, I must be 100% satisfied with the results.
