We manufacture custom cable assemblies and wire harnessing. The customer sends us a bill of material and drawing, we procure the material and assemble the cable/harness to their specifications. We currenty have a huge backlog of new work and need help creating the work instructions that our technicians will follow to assemble the cable/harness. I can provide an example of format: normally includes a tooling page, wirecut tickets with strip length information, manufacturer assembly instructions where applicable and a written order of operations.
